Capable of machining complicated work pieces of all sizes and shapes to your exacting print specifications.
Precision Machining is done on the following equipment:
Turning:
- Seven (7) CNC turning centers, with a maximum swing of 71" by 60" high or a maximum swing of 36" and 80" between centers.
- Two (2) conventional vertical bring mills with a maximum swing of 72" by 60" high.
- Three (3) conventional horizontal lathes with a maximum swing of 22" and 144" between centers.

Milling, Drilling, Boring, Contouring:
- Three (3) 800 mm, multi pallet, 4 axis, CNC machining centers with a working envelope of 40" x 40" x 40" travel.
- Three (3) horizontal, 4 axis, CNC boring mills with a working envelope of 72" x 60" x 36".
- One (1) horizontal, 5 axis, CNC boring mills with a working envelope of 80" x 72" x 60" travel.
- Three (3) horizontal, DRO equipped, boring mills with a working envelope of 60" x 48" x 36" travel.
Grinding:
- One (1) Blanchard grinder with a 42" diameter table.
- One (1) Surface grinder with a 24" x 96" table.
Miscellaneous:
- Miscellaneous manual machines consisting of milling machines, drill presses, Bridgeports, etc.
- Material handling equipment consisting of two (2) propane forklift lifts, two (2) battery walk behind fork lifts, jib cranes at all work stations, two (2) bridge cranes, with a maximum load rating of 20 tons, and all necessary lifting straps/chains.
